Return Policy

We will gladly accept REFUNDS  on regular price merchandise ONLY within 5 days of receiving your order. After 5 days we will not refund any purchase you are more then welcome to exchange for anything we have in stock, please purchase your new items so we do not sell out of your size, then when we receive your return we will be more than happy to credit you minus shipping charges.  We do not take any returns or exchanges on, pre-orders, holiday and sale items.  Items must be returned in any original manufacturers packaging and with tags attached and in a condition suitable for resale, otherwise NO EXCHANGE or REFUND will be given you will have to keep the item you purchased. If you ship your item back without contacting us first you will be required to pay shipping again to receive your item back.   Shipping fees are non refundable. If free shipping was given during your purchase, we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.

 

  • Pre-orders are items paid for and held for you for delivery on a future date once the items ships from the manufacturer. Not returnable.
  • Holiday items are any item purchased from the Holiday section of the website or otherwise designated as a Holiday item in the items description.
  • Sale Items are any items not purchased at the original retail price.

 All sales are final after 10 days of purchase.  Holiday items or sale items are not refundable under any circumstances.  We may accept items for EXCHANGE only  at our discretion.  Any returns that we may accept for exchange that do not meet our refund requirements will not be exchanged.  Please CONTACT US BEFORE sending any items for return or exchange otherwise we will NOT exchange your item or if a refund is owed we will subtract a 20% r-stocking fee for not contacting us first.

Please allow 30 days for processing of refunds.   Please contact us after 30 days if you have not received your refund, you will be refunded the same way you paid, via credit card, or paypal. Please remember that depending on your cycle of receiving your credit card statement has a lot to do with when you will see your credit from us you will always get an email telling you that we processed your refund. If you did not get your refund it is your responsibility to contact your credit card company as it is not an issue with us.  

Shoes and clothing can be exchanged for a different size if available but NO REFUNDS will be given.  If your size is not available a store credit will be issued minus the shipping cost. You will be charged additional shipping charges for shipping the exchanged item.  Orders shipped with free shipping will have the standard shipping charges subtracted from your purchase credit.

We do not offer any price adjustments on previous purchases if you find the item on sale at a lower price.  Many of our brands have minimum retail prices that we must comply with, or only allow discounted sales after the item is out of season.

Please keep in mind that we do not accept any returns for apparel that you feel did not hold up well while being worn or washed.  Due to the unique nature of many of the designs, they may be delicate and require additional care. 

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are advance purchases made on clothing that is scheduled to be manufactured and delivered at a future date.  When you make a pre-order purchase, the pre-ordered items will be held for you and deducted from the inventory that we are scheduled to recieve.  The pre-ordered items will be shipped upon arrival.  Pre-orders must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.  Pre-ordered items are not returnable or exchangeable because they are held for you and are not available for others to purchase, so please make your selections carefully.   Occasionally, pre-ordered items may not be available due to changes in the manufactures line or changes in the stock of the manufactures suppliers, and some pre-ordered items may be discontinued.  If this occurs, we will notify you and issue a full refund for the pre-ordered items. 

Cancellation / Shipping Policy

Orders are processed as soon as you place your order and cannot be canceled so please be careful when ordering.  If you do find you have made a mistake in your order, email us and we will do our best to help you if your order has not been shipped. 

International  Shipping-Must be over $350 to ship Internationally! Otherwise your order will be cancelled. Thank You.

Domestic shipping is done via the United States Postal Service (USPS). We mail our items in plastic bags were possible to reduce the weight to help lower the shipping charges.  Expedited shipping will be sent via USPS Express Mail (at your cost)  which typically takes one to two days for delivery.  If you need your items the next day, please call us so we can verify your delivery date and what it would cost.  The following shipping rates will apply to all orders shipped within the United States.

International Shipping

International shipping is done via the United States Postal Service.  Due to our past experience with international shipping, we ship Registered International Mail to ensure that your merchandise reaches you.  International mail changes hands along the way and we have had too many items that were lost and never reached their destination when shipped uninsured.  We do this to protect you.

International Shipping Rates

Order must be at least $350 and we will ship it for free registered mail.
