Mim-Pi

MIM-PI for your princess
Mim-Pi means ‘dreaming’ on the island of Bali. Founder and designer of Mim-Pi Leonora Nieuwenhuizen: “Girls must feel like a princess and be able to dream of a magic world. That is the idea behind every collection I design; dreams, sweet, girly. For me it is important that children can be children. And girls can be girls. That is why I like to work with special details and colours, which is what they like. Mim-Pi clothes are made of the most beautiful fabric, manufactured with rich prints, applications and embroideries. And last but not least, the collection is affordable.

MIM-PI for a Cause: Womens Homework Project
MIM-PI has set up a Women's Home Project in the North of India. Mothers to be and mothers who are still breastfeeding their babies are encouraged to work from home. This helps them to have an income and also look after their young children at the same time. So in the winter collection you will see hand knitted dogs and pussycats hanging at the end of a scarf or smiling from the top of a hat. A MIM-PI doll hanging on a tshirt for little girls to play with whenever and wherever she wants (her very own special friend) are some of the items made by these women.

MADE BY
MIM-PI is a member of MADE-BY. This organisation ensures that the cotton farmers get a good price for their cotton crop. Also they ensure that the workers in the factories are well paid and that there is no child labour! All basic t-shirts from MIM-PI are made from Organic Cotton, which we are very proud of! Look for the blue button inside the garment by the washing instructions.

MADE-BY Track&Trace follows the trail of your clothes. With the MADE-BY code in your garment you can find out where your garment was made and by whom.

MADE-BY Track&Trace is the very first system to trace the origin of clothes.
Click on the blue button to find out more and to track the path of your garment.
